We have been with RTCP since 2001 – three children from birth on. While there were occasional minor frustrations, 99.9% of our experiences with the logistics/hours, quality of care, professionalism and courtesy of all staff and physicians, the dedication of the lactation team and the sincerity of each nurse and doctor in their attendance to our children’s health have been stellar. We probably only have five more years with RTCP and I am confident they will continue to serve us well. I hope they know how much their patients’ parents appreciate them . . . we couldn’t do it without their help!!
